As part of our growth strategy, we’re seeking New Business Account Managers to identify and secure opportunities with B2B and B2C clients, while also exploring public tenders and other growth avenues.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation

Proactively identify potential B2B and B2C clients across a range of industries.

Conduct market research to uncover opportunities, including public tenders and other procurement processes.

Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads to hand over to the head office team for quoting and follow-up.
Client Engagement

Initiate contact with prospects through calls, emails, networking, and in-person meetings.

Deliver initial presentations to showcase the value of WeAreUUK’s services.

Collaborate with dedicated closers at head office to finalize deals and ensure seamless client onboarding.
Quoting & Tendering
-
Work closely with the quote teams to ensure client needs are clearly communicated for accurate quotes.

Present quotes to clients or hand off to our dedicated closing team for delivery.

Identify and respond to public tender opportunities, coordinating with internal teams to prepare bids.
Relationship Building

Establish and maintain strong relationships with new clients, acting as their key contact during the onboarding phase.

Build trust and rapport to ensure long-term partnerships.
Strategic Contribution

Provide insights on market trends and client feedback to inform business strategies.

Collaborate with the team to develop innovative approaches to lead generation and client acquisition.
